I've had several pets cremated here that I've unfortunately lost. Every time that I have been here I have been treated with the utmost compassion. Always helpful, respectful, and kind.
We were lucky enough to have our vet come to the house to perform the euthanization in our home. We scheduled Noah's to pick up shortly after. The guys that came to pick up our dog were extremely polite and clearly empathetic of what we were going through, and urged us to take as much time as we needed. When we were ready they treated his body with utmost respect. In such a tough time it actually took me back how respectful they were through the whole process. I actually sent an email to the company telling them how good of an experience I had and pleaded they pass it on two those two employees.. I never heard back but I hope from the bottom of my heart they know how much we appreciated it.

The delivery and presentation of the cremated remains was impressive as well. I could not have asked for a better experience.. I'd give more stars if they'd let me.
My family have all used Noah's for years. Outstanding service and compassion. They're wonderful. While they are a business, they are doing what they do to help people and their lost pets, not because they are a business. They care.
