Horrible customer service. Was talked to by a lady rudely over the phone. Asked them to put an item on hold for me. Then when i drove all the way there to get it they didn’t even have the item. Never shopping here again
Love my body sprays always have best bras ever and will be back for my work out clothes pink style, and save me the new shimmering spray, one of my favorite stores
Worst experience. One cashier on a Thursday there's 10 people in line. More people on the floor than helping check out. Oil will not return
While I like their product always greatly frustrated with the extremely poor and inefficient customer service upon check out. Most registers are not occupied. The girls are sorting items and many seem not be intimidated at all by the long lines while chatting amongst themselves . It feels like the store is mostly run by High school kids having some jobs/ interns not by trained professionals. Service provided is a huge gap between product positioning. While some are friendly it seems that the staff clearly lacks customer appreciation and is not very considerate of clients' time. Plan plenty of time when trying to simply purchase something.
After sorting through disheveled tables, baskets, whatever looking for my size, I finally made it to the check out line. After waiting about 10 minutes, a VS clerk decided to break up the line. Sending people behind me to the front of the new line. I proceed to explain that I have waited longer than the ones she pushed to the front, with my baby crying in my arms, and she simply said, "I'm trying to get the lines to go faster." Not even looking at me! As I stood there, still in line, watching 2 people who were behind me check out and leave. I decided that my $100+ attempted purchase was not going to happen. I put it on the table behind me and LEFT. Never will I go to that VS again!
