My experience was phenomenal! From my first appointment, through surgery follow up (and I never imagined I would need surgery), Dr. Vasiu and his entire staff were amazing! I felt completely confident in the care I was receiving and would recommend this practice without hesitation! And Suzanne is incredible - she made me feel entirely at ease from the moment she walked in (to the moment she removed my stitches;). Dr V is the best ever! I had problems for a while and my former doctor kept saying it was nothing, while my problems worsened. Thank goodness I found Dr Vasiu. He got me in right away, figured out I needed surgery, and within a month (Christmas vacation was during that time), I was fixed! I actually didn't do my after care properly, so I needed to go to therapy for my knee, but my two following surgeries for my wrist and shoulder went well afterwards, and I haven't had problems since!
this is the best place i have ever been no doubt i went to get my acl repaired way faster than other docters said it would be dr. vasiu is one of the best so if u need a acl dont waste your time anywhere else
Dr. Vasiu has preformed three rotator cuff surgeries on me. Of course I had some pain however not to the level that so many people have described to me. I was able to control what pain I experienced with over the counter Ibuprofen. I did not require post care therapy however I did do a little on my own at home. It's been three months after my last surgery and I have complete freedom of movement with both shoulders. I'm 78 years old, my occupation was house cleaning, and my hobby is gardening.

Almost a year ago Dr Vasiu replaced my ACL, trimmed the meniscus and removed some floaties in my knee. Dr. Vasiu was my 2nd opinion as the 1st orthopedic doctor was not going to do anything because of my age (61). I went for a bicycle ride 2 days after surgery and was climbing scaffolding and going on the roof 2 weeks later. In fact I believe I took 2 of the pain pills out of the bottle prescribed. The entire office is friendly, outgoing, on time and efficient. I wish all doctors offices respected the patient's time and schedule like his office does. I had to remove my brace when I went for a followup visit because I didn't want him to see it as it looked like it had gone through a war because of everything I had been doing! Only doctor I know who will actually leave you a voicemail asking how you are doing or mentioning something not covered in the visit.
