It was an easy process. I was able to register for an appointment for the same day online and they were open on Sunday! My only qualm was that the doctor did not seem very enthusiastic or happy... maybe because he was working on a Sunday? The receptionist was extremely helpful and helped set up all the paperwork I needed to send into Lansing after my appointment. It was a 100 mile round trip for me and I do not regret it at all because the price of services and conveniences offered by the facility are by far the best/ most fair in West Michigan.
Excellent professional service, not strange or uncomfortable at all. The appointment was very quick and straight forward, they are also willing to take the time to answer any of your questions if you have any. The online appointment creation is also great.
The people that work at Helping Hands were very friendly and helpful! They were on time with the scheduling and made it quick and easy. I was very impressed with them and suggest them to anyone and everyone who asks!
The doctor was very nice, knowledgeable, and very informative. He answered all of my questions in a manner which was understandable; which I thought to be quite helpful. As well, the receptionist was also very kind and helpful; if you're looking to get legal and have medical records, HEALTHY PARTNERS is the place to go!
I can never get a hold of anyone at the office I always get someone from their hotline. I went and got the full service program, where they file everything for you and your caretaker, almost 2 months ago and haven't heard anything no acceptance or rejection from the state. And the worst part is that no one will give me a straight answer and just keep telling me to wait and someone from the office will get a hold of me. I've called everyday for 2 weeks and haven't been able to get as much as a call back or someone from the office on the phone. I now have to take time off of work so I can go in person because they're only open from 4pm-7pm and figure out what is going on.
