This office was really wonderful when I had my baby. The doctors were very nice and easy to talk and I felt like they actually listened and cared. The nurses really try to make you feel comfortable and I loved being able to call the office and talk to a one whenever I needed. Dr. Zylestra delivered my baby and stayed long past her shift with me because I was having a hard time even though I know she could have just left me with another doctor. I have multiple friends (wed and unwed) who have used this office while they were pregnant with no problems. I was a little afraid of going to the doctors and having them be judgmental if you were not perfect, but they did not do that at all, all they did was help me. They were also the only office willing to take my insurance. I will definitely be using this office again for my next child!
My wife and I have been coming here for our current and last pregnancy. This time around has been extremely horrible. My wife has gone months without seeing an actual doctor yet our insurance is still billed as if we saw a doctor. The doctors are fine but are way over worked and we usually only see a PA or nurse. We would have switched to spectrum but are so close to the due date at this point. After the post partem appointment my wife will definitely be switching OB's.
Waited an hour in the room in my gown. I left at 1000 from my 0900 appointment never having seen the doctor. Why even make an appointment?
Love them all!! I usually get right in, but they are totally worth the wait if necessary. I can't wait to deliver my baby with them at Saint Mary's this summer.
