I had foot/leg surgery 6 1/2 years ago. My leg went numb after surgery and I never got the feeling back. Now I fall a lot. When I talked to Dr. Bohay about it all he could say was nothing we did wrong. I walked in fine and left ruined for life. I wish that I never met this arrogant man! Walk, run, limp away from him!
After reading the generally bad reviews, we were a bit apprehensive about our first visit to OAM. We arrived about 49 minutes early, mostly because of the comments about limited parking. We were able to just pull into the parking lot and take one of the several available spots. We signed in and were greeted cheerfully by the young lady at the desk. Once signed in, we figured we were going to have quite a wait since we were still 30 minutes early. After less than 5 minutes, we were called back. My wife had X-rays taken and we were shown a couple of seats to wait. Again, less than 5 minutes and we were in an exam room. The nurse, the PA and technicians were all extremely pleasant and discussed my wife’s progress well. Everything about this visit was GREAT, in fact one of the best medical office visits ever! Just goes to show - reviews are a nice guide but may only be from a minority! If you have good experiences, be sure to share those too!
That being said, Maskill was the third dr I've seen for my foot, and the first that actually figured out what was wrong with it. He took his time to consult with me and answer questions, and it has improved. So I'd say, just know going in that you will need to wait, and if you can't, pass and go somewhere else.
I've never had any issues here. The staff that I've encountered have all been just wonderful to me.
I had shoulder surgery in April 2016. Dr Theut is a great surgeon and his staff is very professional.
Lots of what people are saying is true. They have packed parking lots, packed waiting rooms. Really long waits to be seen. Never been delayed for an appointment like I have here. I complained and the nurse told me they were going to switching to a new scheduling to see if it helped. I think there is a serious office management issue going on here.
