The WORST medical office to get to talk to ANYONE. You either have to wait FOREVER, OR leave a message. My dad has changed doctors because. A good amount of the time, the person isn't even in the office for a full day.
Dr Healey has done both of my hip surgeries and they have been very successful. They started with less invasive for the second but decided to go with surgery once those methods failed. I've had pleasant experiences with all the staff.
