Up until this past month I had a positive experience. My child had to go through 3 different formulas due to how sensitive he was till we got Nutramigen. Once we began switching to milk he began having bloody stools. After talking with Fuller WIC Office they prescribed to cover his Nutramigen because he doesn't have bloody stools. When Dr Kline was asked to sign off on this her nurses have given us the run. Each phone call we've had to reexplain why he can't have milk. They keep focusing on his age being over 14 months so he has to have milk.
We are beyond frustrated as WIC has agreed to cover this expense and now have to begin looking for a new Doctor that takes are child's health Seriously.
