We recently moved to GR and were in need of an electrician. Webb Electric was provided to us by recommendation and via internet search.
Came out to our house two hours after calling and was reasonably priced compared to other electricians we have worked with. Brad provides us really great service!
They are friendly and informative, do great work, and all for a very fair price.
I need to have a light switch checked out. I called Webb Electric and left a message. About fifteen minutes later someone returned my call and about a hour later a technician was at my house. He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within a half hour and the price was outstanding. I can’t say enough good things about Webb and will use them again in the future.
We got our electrical box upgraded, surge protector placed, multiple outlets switched to GFI, and had a cable outlet placed. They were very prompt in returning calls and corresponding by e-mail. The work was quoted and was performed as expected. They walked us through every aspect of what they were doing.
Not impressed. Called twice, left 2 messages and never got a return call. How can he have 5 stars if he doesn't even return calls??
Moreover, both were very pleasant. Brad even went out of his way to help me clarify an unrelated electrical question I had surrounding our furnace. They even offered to setup the mounting bracket for my TV.
