Employees don't put signs on pumps that aren't working and when we asked an employee about the pump she was extremely rude and impolite.
Just before I went to check out a lady walked in with a lotto ticket she wanted scanned. I got in line behind her fully excepting that I would be waiting a good eight minutes to check out. Then this nice gentleman who was restocking some of the motor oil products stopped what he was doing, walked over, opened a drawer, and asked if he could help me check out. That is huge for customer service! I was really happy with my visit tonight. I'm just a little bummed I didn't get his name so I could mention him personally. 5/5 best gas station customer service I have ever had.
This is no ordinary gas station. This is what all convenience stores aspire to be. You can get a large portion of your shopping done here. Gormet and hand-made food, friendly, well-paid staff, incredibly spacious interior and competitive prices for fuel. This is my favorite gas station ever and I go here for lunch all the time.
Clean, well lit restrooms.
Frustrating buying a propane refill... as no-one working there seems to have ever sold propane before. They finally got it figured out (refill was tougher to ring me up for than a new cylinder, evidently) and then they had to figure out where the cage key was. 3* giving them the benefit of the doubt that it will never be this difficult again and, hey, they got there in the end!
