It was easy enough to find what we were looking for. The staff is generally apathetic of anything though. It's okay.
This may be the worst Meijer. Unattentive, sometimes rude staff, out of order equipment/infrastructure, and items out of stock consistently. I will say, though, the one time I finally reached a breaking point after a staff member refused to help me, store management was very apologetic and helpful.
The product quality is usually good, as with most Meijer stores and they're good about keeping things in stock. I would give it five stars, except some of the employees have bad attitudes. Especially the deli department, for some reason. You have to wait around for someone to acknowledge you, and then they sound exasperated that they have to help you. There is one guy in the grocery department who I always see that is super helpful and friendly, though. Checkout speed is average, and they usually have enough lanes open, but a lot of the cashiers bag things in ways that don't make sense, like putting soft things with things that can crush them.
Double charged for a bogo; customer service argued & shorted me on the refund. Poor customer service.
Next trip, refused to honor coupons received in the mail. Cucumbers were priced at .79 in bin but tried charging me 1.50 per cuke and would not check the actual price. Very disappointed with this store location which is the closest distance to me.
I prefer this location because of its excellent organics selection, especially in produce. Unlike other Meijer stores, they usually have all of the products I like in stock every time I go. It gets 4 stars due to lack of enough cash registers being open for a swift check out.
