These guys are magnificent!! First, they came out on a Saturday night at 9:30 and what was to be a short, quick fix turned out to be quite a long ordeal but they stayed, fixed everything and were extremely pleasant. But it gets better... he ended up having to take off the exterior door handle and file down the key all while their radiator in their car blew. I will most certainly use them in the future for lockout service again!! I'm also going to use them to get my locks replaced in the near future. Quick transaction as well. Very great, polite, professional, good people!!
This was the worst and most expensive lock company I have ever experienced. My husband and I left for our honeymoon and parked our car at a hotel that would shuttle us to the airport. When we got home our key fob wouldn't work, so we had his parents pick us up since it was late. They live an hour away. We call the company the next day and explained the situation and they said give us a call when you are back at the car and we will drive out there. We drive an hour back to the car and then they tell us it is going to be an hour and a half wait for them to get there. Thay turned into 4 hours of waiting and once they finally arrived the new fob wouldn't work so they said to come back the next day. Mind you, this is during the week so everyone has to work. The next day took another 3 hours and they still charged us full price. Not happy, horrible service and communication.
He unlocked my car BUT: Said they would be there in 15 minutes - took almost 30. The guy who showed up was rude and sketchy. He showed up in a beat up old car and had a ski mask on his face that he never took off. There was nothing making him or his car as an A-1 locksmith employee. At one point he said "I need this incase you try to rob me so that they know where I am and who I'm with." I don't even know what he was referring to. I was creeped out and couldn't wait to get in my car and leave.
The man they sent did an amazing job. He unlocked my car (which I'd left running.. -_-) in about a minute and got there relatively quickly, despite being in a weird location surrounded by bad roads. Worth the money.
Locksmith Drove all the way to Caledonia in a snow storm and still made decent time. Service was quick and cheap. It was only 70 bucks to open my car door.
