We had a need for their towing services over the past weekend and the need involved a very emotional situation for us all. Merl's had every right to charge us for their services but instead of doing so, they showed support and genuine care toward our family situation and did not charge us for their services. This means so much to our family and we will always be grateful.
I was in a deep ditch on Christmas and Merl's was there in record time. I got a fantastic price on the pull out of the ditch and the tow to a shop. On top of that the drivers and dispatch were super helpful and nice.
My car was not starting. The driver arrived when he said he would and actually got my car started before he even tried to get it on the back of his truck. He was nice and very helpful.
Very satisfied with the services. This was my 1st time with any towing service company. The tow driver, NIC 10, went beyond, put it where I wanted, called me back to confirm, sent me a picture of my vehicle and the receipt...I didn't expect this much. I would definitely recommend this towing company to anyone.
Matt showed up right at the time or even a little sooner than they said. First thing he did was to make sure i was comfortable and was staying warm in the 31 degree temperature. Great service! I highly recommend this company!
