I think there was more art in the gift shop than on exhibit. Most of the exhibit space was completely empty, There is an exhibit of Andy Warhol pieces, and then a 17 minute video and that's about it. I was hoping for a broader collection, and maybe even more information about the pieces on display and why they were chosen to be displayed, or what significance they had in the art world. Something that would at least make it more of a learning experience. It definitely wasn't worth the $10 entry price, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
Great small art museum with a good rotastion of displays. I went to the GRAM after dark event and it was cool.
Our family of 6 adults visited the museum today, we enjoyed the Andy Warhol exhibit as well as the Christian Marclay Video Quartet. The other pieces were great too, sketch art, oil paintings, ceramics, furniture pieces, something for everyone. Staff was nice, we had a very nice afternoon.
I love it! We went during the Andy Warhol exhibit and though it was not a very large exhibit it was still beautiful and.informative. I'd have to say my favorite part was sitting and listening/watching the Christian Marclay video quartet. They also have concerts but unfortunately we misses it during our visit.
Loved all of the beautiful pieces of art. So much talent and imagination. All the different mediums were amazing. Many forms of art took my breathe away. Amazing!
