Nurses were really nice and helpful. Got taken back to triage within 10 minutes. Got taken back to a room within another 10. Waited in the room for over an hour!!! Closer to an hour and a half, and had possible appendicitis!!!! Horribly slow. Can't even call it a triage at all. Definitely don't prioritize based on emergency status. I would go somewhere else...but it's clean. The people are kind.
I got a funny feeling when I called this place to get information about their services. They refuse to provide any prices of their office visits over the phone, they insist you come in and be seen. I needed to figure out my options if an urgent-care center would be able to better help me with a sinus infection vs. just seeing my regular doctor in a few days. I asked several times in several different ways, but they stubbornly refuse to answer price questions. Very very shady - call up any doctors office or even dentists office in town and ask about how much $ their services are, and they're glad to tell you. Not Spectrum Health's Urgent Care Centers! To me that means they're trying to hide something. Not recommended.
Ridiculously long waiting time for a simple drug screen. Completely unsatisfied.
My husbsnd had a soccer accident and he was seen right away, they were very nice, helpful, and informative on what they were doing and what was wrong, we would definitely recommend this clinic.
I was seen here a few weeks ago and the PA I saw Mercelle Howard was fantastic. She prescribed me meds that actually worked and gave me a few shots so my pain level went down while I was there. I injured my back at work and the results were muscle spasm, nerve pain and more. but the things Howard gave me helped. I went back today because the pain has worsened since I was here 3 weeks ago and the PA that saw me today spent more time typing things than examining or anything. She refused to give me something for pain while o was there even though my pain was an 8. And she said my pain was basically psychological and sent me on my way with a script for 2 meds. I left there in more pain and more frustrated than when I came in. That doctor wouldn't listen to me or do any sort of testing. I'm really upset
