Reggie I was told makes all the meals himself here so none of it is delivery, I donated winter jackets and clothes, summer stuff and they let me get a write off slip easily, I was solicited by a patron my first day using the service for a food box but totally missed a free meal unintentionally. I have to give credit to Reggie, he was putting the stop to it immediately. This is a public place where all walks of mind join for food and faith. This is not a place for the faint of heart because unknown to many in our neighborhood... The Holy Spirit lives there..and I mean lives there. Everything that Spirit stands for and symbolizes is emulated at the Matthews House. Praise Jesus for men like Reggie who have the hand of God holding them steady day after day after day for our community and its people..blood family or God's family.
