Just had the best experience here! Accidentally showed up 2.5 hours before they opened (due to a mistake in the hours posted on Google, not their mistake) and rather than let the 12 kids in our group go home sad and disappointed, the awesome manager, Kyle, called in 3 employees and opened early for us!! He and the rest of the staff were friendly and attentive, and the kids all had a blast! I loved the variety of activities (not just trampolines, but rock climbing, obstacle courses, arcade and a climbing structure with slides for littler kids which was perfect for my almost 3-year-old!) and everything was clean and well taken care of. On the way out Kyle even gave the kids airtime fidget spinners. Such a nice guy and such a great place!
Had my sons birthday party at the GR location. Our party experience was great! Our hostess was very attentive and everything was organized and on time. She checked with me several times to be sure we didn’t need anything and she was great with the kids. We arrived early and they let my two kids start jumping a half hour early while I got things set up. The kids all had a blast!
Staff was very friendly from the moment I walked in. Very clean and organized. The managers Kyle and Jake were very helpful in answering all my questions and made sure me and my kids had an excellent and safe time. The staff on the floor was very helpful in making sure my kiddos were having fun while being safe. We stayed until close and I must say I was impressed by the amount of cleaning they do. We had pretzels and cheese that were decent priced and pretty tasty. Then when we were leaving a staff member by the name of Mckenzie showed lots of hospitality that we appreciated greatly. We will be back often because the vibe is great here!
What an amazing place! From the moment we walked in we were met with smiles and welcomed. We stayed three hours on Saturday night and I had 7 girls with me of all ages they had an absolute blast!!! There was tons for them to do and they stayed busy the entire time. The manager, Jacob was so awesome and has an excellent staff. The staff laughed and joked with the kids and made them feel so special. Food was great and the music and atmosphere was awesome!!!! Jacob and Rana even made sure as we were leaving that we had an excellent time and want feedback on ways to improve. The music was cool
Everything about this place is GREAT! I took 9 teens for unlimited jumping last Friday night and they had a blast!! They all said the staff is much friendlier than the "other places". Also, the managers are very involved and on the floor making sure the kids are having fun. They had activities and competitions that made the night even more enjoyable for the kids . The music was well done and diverse. Also, very clean. We will be back.
