I've been in a few different port offices in my life, the best advice I can give is to talk to someone at the counter before picking a box or packaging. Often they can tell you the best way to send something, rather than wing it yourself.
I have been renting a box at this location for almost 7 years. The location itself and the staff aren't my problem, the website and business practices are. They're website is constantly faulty and glitchy. It doesn't allow you to make your payments and it's always "under maintenance". Of course this can be a issue to a person who can't get to a location physically and pay their fees (like me) in turn they stick you with more fees and you end up paying double and sometimes triple for their mess ups. It's unfair and needs to be addressed! Do not give people the option to pay online if the option doesn't even work! If these issues are brought up to your business (as they have been) fix them and accommodate your customers instead of over charging them for your blunders. We all know how important the post service is but does the post service understand how important their customers are? I'm thinking no.
Not sure why all the negative reviews. From out of area. Wonderful customer service! Helped me with packaging box, tape and all at no add'l charge for any supply. Even gave me the air pillows to keep the contents from moving. And helped me with different options to keep the postage cost down and still making my delivery date! Highly recommend this location.
Quick and friendly service. Open until 2pm on Saturdays, which is very convenient!
My Mail is constantly put in mail box #1mixed up with the Wyricks mail. The names are CLEARLY written on each mail box. Tell me how you get the letter R mixed with W. It has been on going for several months. Robertson/J.Williams is mail box #2 ONLY.
