Don't ever get your shoes sent to this store they take forever to get the damn shoes
Sister ordered shoes online. When they arrived they were the wrong size and color. Their was no packing slip/receipt. Called store to exchange. Employees were gossiping when we walked into the store. Manager was impatient and rude when we had to search email for receipt. Shen we found it she said we would have had to pay the difference in price due to sale online if hadn't found the email. My first and last time at Foot Locker.
