This is a very pleasant shopping center, I didn't find 3 used condoms in the parking lot on my way to my car.
Its a fairly decent place to shop. However the parking lot is very run down and dirty with trash. Very difficult lot to maneuver through. Being located off the busy intersection of 28th St and Eastern, its difficult to exit. The Chowhound employees are slow to tend to customers. Its frustrating going in there to shop. The Save A Lot is comparable to others around town.
