Service was fast, easy, and headache-free. I ordered an Italian and besides the $10 price point, it was a rather good sandwich. Really, my only complaint with any Panera is not with the food (and rarely the service), it's with the prices. Everything feels like you're at more than just a lunch spot, and you could get more food elsewhere for the same price, or the same amount of food for less. In today's economy, I feel like I'm breaking the bank to grab lunch during work, something that inevitably happens because I all too often don't take the time to pack a lunch.
I don't know why I keep coming here. There's so many other quicker (maybe not as healthy) options to grab a snack.
It is like most Paneras...however, the bakery section is amazing! There is a touch of love with all of the pastries and bagels it seems.
On another visit, I ordered for pick-up online. I went inside to get my order, it wasn't on the pick-up shelf. I waited a while, finally asked the manager (according to his name tag) about my order. He just grunted, "I don't know." I get that it's a busy Saturday afternoon, but gosh, at least holler for someone to check on my order! Which by the way, was in the "to be delivered" bin.
I ordered online using the rapid pick up. I was very pleased with the service.
I come here often for a snack, usually a bagel, and a drink. The sandwiches are extremely overpriced for what you get...so I rarely get one. That being said, they never have any bagels! Last time I was there, they just had whole grain.
I used to love this place and have spent thousands of dollars here for my corporate retreats, gift cards to patients and family. Unfortunately I have learned that this place does not care about maintaining good customer relations. I had placed an order here in February for delivery. En route to my home, the order spilled. One of my items was soup and I didn't realize the bottom of the bag was leaking until I had carried the bag across my brand new carpet to my kitchen. Upon realizing what had happened, I called the store. They never answered their phone (I had called 3 times at this point) so I was forced to make a personal trip into the store to explain what had happened. The manager was very apologetic but now after 6 months of waiting for a resolution, I was informed by their insurance company that they could find no fault with their packaging so they wouldn't help me out. Today I received an email stating that I should stop contacting their store because it's out of their hands. What a horrible way to treat a once loyal and extremely profitable (for them) relationship. I will never again shop here and will tell all of my friends what a poorly run business this is.
