The first time I came here I ordered 12 gf cupcakes. Six were supposed to be red velvet and the other basic chocolate. I found out after bringing them to a children's party that they were chocolate espresso. Service was good and it was a simple mistake so no biggie.
Terrible customer service. I patiently waited for 15 minutes behind a couple who was ordering. Another couple walked in behind me and stood beside me. The employee couldn't have missed me standing there, waiting for all of that time, as the place was pretty empty. She proceeded to ask the couple beside me to come forward, not even making eye contact with me. I walked out, utterly confused.
Came back today and had a terrible experience. Rude, ignoring staff and frozen bread for our sandwich (gf). We also got a pizza that was handed to my children with no plates. Had to find them ourselves as well as napkins, etc. My kids knocked over the pizza and we had two workers watch us pick it up. I am a good tipper and am a little upset that I waited my own table and someone else got the tip. If I would have known when I paid up front that I would be doing everything myself I would have saved the tip for myself. I will not be back.
Came here late one night with a pretty big group. Ordered coffee and sandwiches, and both were amazing! The sandwiches were huge, and the bread was brilliant. We were served quickly, and the wait time for food was very reasonable. Will definitely be coming back!
horrible customer service!!!! I order the avocado, bacon and turkey. no avocado on it. the sandwich is the most expensive in comparison to the other sandwiches, obviously due to the cost of avocado. I called you wyire and was told they "dont have avocado today but I hope you have a good afternoon". not even an apology or any compensation for the inconvenience. a coffee on the house...nothing. the I ordered 2 bowls of the broccoli and cheese and red roasted pepper soup. the lid was not properly sealed and it was tilted making a mess in the bag that ripped apart and my soup landed on the cement. needless to say I will take my business somewhere that I want to support and give my money to. It had always been a treat to go to wealthy street bakery, however, the poor customer service ruined any and all future visits.
The best bakery in the whole wide world. Their sandwiches and soup are the best ever. I can't wait to try the challah bread for shabatt. The stuff are oh so friendly. I tried the cookie with the cranberries,excellent.
