Wonderful staff. Very knowledgeable, attentive, and responsive.
Had to file a PPO. Filling out my report took about 15 minutes, which was fine. My complaint is waiting to see someone took 2 1/2 hours for a 5 minute consult. Only one other person was in waiting area with me. Worst of all was sitting there sweating & air was very muggy indoors. God forbid they turn A/C on. Some employees are very nice while others are extremely sterile.
I hate going to court.
