I got a ticket for not having proof of insurance. I called and was told I had to FAX the proof in, I could not send it by email. I did so and received a verification that it was received at the fax number and verified the number. Weeks later I received a notice that the information had not been received. I called and received a recorded message that the office was closed even though, according to the message, it was 28 minutes before closing time. There's my tax dollars and time being put to good use - calling twice for the same issue and not getting service. What a joke!
