Dr. Ritzema does a great job. His team is excellent, friendly, and efficient. I wish that they still did the warm neck roll and paraffin dip. I have referred many patients just because of those perks!
Everyone is very professional and explained everything that they were going to do. Very clean office. Everyone is very nice & is on a first name basis. Willing to work with you on a payment plan if needed. I would recommend anyone to go there.
Went to the dentist that previously owned this practice for 30 years, all semi annual visits for the past 10+ years have been excellent, great teeth and gums. Now this new regime tells me that I have serious gingivitis that apparently developed since my last visit in April. Spent so much time detailing the extensive treatment options necessary that they never cleaned my teeth. I was charged $88 to NOT have my teeth cleaned. Am seeing another dentist later this month and if the gum disease diagnosis isn't confirmed I will further escalate my complaint.
The staff was very nice and accommodating. Answered all my questions with no problems. When it came to making appointments for my convenience they were very very flexible. Very happy with my experience I recommend complete Health Dentistry
