My whole family has been going to Smiley Family Dentistry since about 2000. The staff is professional and courteous, and friendly! On occasion when we have had a billing issue or even a problem with a filling, they worked with us to resolve it.
Absolutely unprofessional. Dr. Smiley himself has no empathy or regard to the pain of other people. I was removed from my seat and was told that I was not going to be worked on because I was being too dramatic as he was sticking a needle into my mouth. I stayed still and clinched the arm rests and made an "ahhh" sound. Nothing dramatic, just a normal reaction to a needle being pushed into my mouth. I was completely embarrassed in front of the entire office, as he refused to perform any dental service on me ever again. He explained that if I chose to come back the other doctor would have to see me. I left the the office feeling embarrassed and disgusted.
Love this place they are really friendly. I had a good experience. My 3 year old would always cry in a diffrent dental office and here how much friendly they are she did awesome.
My entire family has been going to them for 15 years. They are professional and extremely friendly. There has never been any reason to suspect overtreatment as we have received at other dentists. All are very gentle and understanding of any fears.
