I live in an upper portion of a house, it is VERY obvious where the stairs are. My mother arranged a surprise for me, I had no idea but I had the day off so I was home all day. I got a call from the driver, Peter, but could not answer it. It went to VM. I listened and he stated he left a "We missed you" ticket on my door and to call the store to arrange a second delivery. I called him to figure out why I didn't hear him. His answer was that there were no special instructions, and to call the store to get a delivery FOR TOMORROW (mind you it's also VALENTINE'S DAY) OR pick it up myself.

I called my mother to tell her. She then called the district manager, who looked up all the info on the order, read back the instructions which DID exist and also read back the address. She apologized and said she would talk to the manager at the location about it.
*Also, I noticed a few reviews were of people who had WON drawings, so not customers who PAID to get product on time. If you give out free product and have people give you reviews that is basically an incentive to write a GOOD review. A woman was in there today picking up something she won, funny thing her item was READY, no hassle, no fiddling, she went in the back and came RIGHT out with balloons and her bag.
Friendly, hard working and outgoing staff. Great products in a timely manner.
ALSO I have worked customer service for the past 8 years, I am respectful and resourceful when handling issues. Not slow. Not rude. And I do NOT lie to customers.

I am only giving 2 stars because Andi was the ONLY gal to respectfully help me out.
When I came to pick up, the girl running the front was alone (not a good idea) she was speaking pleasantly but you could read her like a book. She was unpleasant and kept making excuses with all the customers about why their orders were not ready for their scheduled pick up. She was the opposite of invigorating. I was pleasant and kind, I did not involve her or blame her for the situation, but she was another poor mannered employee.
I called back, because I thought why should I wait a whole day to get my Valentine's gift, a perishable, tomorrow? I talked to Andi, she was quick, resourceful and very understanding. She did her job and arranged to have it ready to pick up at 4PM that day.
I LOVE THIS LOCATION.... It was my first time going there and the worker that helped me that day her name is Andrea and she was awesome! They have great customer service and they are so helpful on helping you pick the perfect arrangements for that special occasion. They also let you know of the specials they have and how to get coupons and discounts for future orders. My experience there overall was amazing. I would definitely recommend this location to family and friends : )
So I called, Krista/Kristin, answered, she was half-hearted, unenthused and did not have any intentions of helping me figure out what happened. I told her nicely what happened, asked if there was instructions. Her response was limited, I had to do her job and ask her to look for instructions and to repeat the address. She told me there were NO instructions and she stopped at that. To what happened was not answered, so I asked further about the address, to which she was suddenly spouted "OH, I guess it says secondary level, covered porch." To which I knew the driver lied to me, I said can I get it delivered again. She said, "We are too busy, so no. You can pick it up." And she paused and she said I could probably get it delivered tomorrow. I asked if there was any way to get it to me today since the driver didn't complete the delivery. She answered with no. So at that point I didn't want to push my luck. I was frustrated.
Frankly, if you cannot do the job description, get another job. I go beyond in my job every day because EXCELLENT service is what gets you somewhere in life.
