Delivery man was very personable, and nice first impression. But the minute I sent a photo to my boyfriend of the birthday bouquet I received, he was so upset; it was NOT what he ordered/paid for. It’s the thought that counts, and the rich red vase w/fuschia ribbon and the arrangement as-is is very visually appealing, but 6 red roses n lilies was FAR nicer/more expensive the mini white daisies and varieties of smaller, pinky/purple lilies? that were recv’d. I hope Rose Bowl does not practice this horrible bait n switch tactic often. Very disappointing. The least they cld do is notify the sender of any substitutions for aporoval. Any subs sb valued the same. Completely dishonest. I m sorry I felt the need to speak up. This is NOT the way to di business, folks.
Beautiful arrangements at an affordable price, and they were very flexible with pick up and delivery services.
I ordered a birthday arrangement off their website. They chose to "substitute" the actual Happy Birthday pick for something else. They could have notified me and then when I inquired as to why the change I was told that because of the holiday that their shipments were delayed. For someone who has a birthday two days after Christmas, I wanted the Happy Birthday. Never used them before. When you order off a website - you expect that product.
I go there often. Very friendly staff. And usually pretty quick
I forgot to order flowers for homecoming. They were able to get me what we needed in spite of 5 local dances. And they were perfect! Thank You!
