I love coming here getting my hair done great vibe and hair experience with the products they use
I went to Jojo's about a month ago to get my hair done in crochet. My stylist was Sherry King. I had never gotten crochet done before, so I let her know that & kept emphasizing it by telling her " I'll leave it up to you" whenever it came to any decisions. When I was getting my hair done, Sherry told me she was glad I got an extra pack of hair. A few minutes later she said "I think you're going to need 1 or 2 more packs of hair". I asked her where I can go to get the hair. While I was out getting the hair, I called Sherry to find out if I was her last appointment & how long to finish my hair. She told me her next client was there but would wait while I got my hair done.
Worst experience of my life. They messed up my highlights and when I asked them to please fix I had the owner with her nasty attitude standing over me telling me that's what I asked for. My daughter also I had her hair done the same day it's no where close to what she wanted but all she had was excuses. I asked right when I walked in how much it was going to cost for my daughters ombré that she wanted she said 100.00 and she recommended a 25.00 Procter for her hair and it would be 60.00 for a touch up for new growth. So I was under the impression I was paying a 125.00 for my daughter and just assumed my would be much less for my highlight because my hair was above my shoulders. When it came time to pay she charged me 475.00. And now I have to turn around and pay a real professional to fix are hair and to finish the job this salon did not do !!!! Do not go to this salon the are inexperienced and theifs. And I have filled a claim in court against them.
I drove to 3 different stores to get the hair but when I got back Jojo was standing by the door. I found out it was because it would be a 30-40 mins wait. Jojo also told me the hair that I got was too long but when I let her know that Sherry told me to get those hair extensions, she had nothing to say. I ended up paying for the portion of the crochet that Sherry had done. Although the next day I was able to get my hair finished, I left the salon without my hair being done. To make matters worse, Sherry didn't apologize, wasn't sympathetic & didn't care.
