Fantastic shop. Managed to make a 2 year set in coffee stain on a cream colored dress unnoticeable. I had completely given up, it was a shot in the dark. They have also done a great job with other garments.
I rarely use laundromats because they are usually a nightmare and I rarely have a need for them. However, I am LOOKING FOR reasons to go back. I came here with COPIOUS amounts of clothes from storage for myself, my boyfriend, his three kids, and one of my own. Blankets, towels, comforters - everything needed to be washed. The manager was VERY helpful. She convinced me that I could fit everything I had (not including the blankets into (2) 90 gallon washing machines. I was not easily persuaded, as we all know that if there are too many clothes in a washer, they don't get clean. I eventually took her word for it and she was so right. Her recommendation saved me time and money. The decor of this place is unlike anything I have ever seen and I would have NEVER imagined the concept; to have a laundromat look and feel like a spa experience. It literally made the whole FOUR AND A HALF hours I was there, feel like a breeze. I was able to eat lunch at the cafe, watch TV while my clothes were washing and drying, and watch TV from where I was folding. Seriously, if you have the misfortune of having to do laundry at a laundromat, this place will make it feel like you are practically doing laundry at a spa. I am horrible with names, otherwise I would give the manager rave reviews. But she worked this afternoon, May 9th, 2016. Started with a CH or and SH. Anyway, she was as awesome as the rest of the place was! Thank you for a great experience doing my least favorite chore on the planet!
1st time. 3-in-1 (Cleaners, Coffee Shop, Laundry). Amazing place! Went to wash to us their 90lb washer...yes I said 90 lbs...about 12 loads in 1! This machine was a beast! Very pleased. Definitely going back soon! (Breton location only). I also bought a iced coffee and it was affordable and delicious...they even had a fireplace that in a mildly cool morning made got me cozy! Simply wow and possibly overkill for a great laundry mat!
Bar none, the worst service I have ever received. The young lady who took my cloths was so rude I almost took the items back and went somewhere else. Went to pick them up two days later and they lost a very expensive pair of pant. All she had to say was, "well, there not here..." with a smug look of apathy on her face. Came back a week later to pick them up and they were still missing. No call, no follow through. Same girl working, all she had to say was, "I don't know where they are. I guess their lost". What a joke!
