Do not go here ever! we have been twice and the cashier is mean! her response to "how is your evening" was ... "it would be better if you people stop coming in here!"
They renovated in the last 6 months and are under new ownership. Its much improved on the inside with a better selection. Still looks shady on the outside.
I have been going here since I was a kid. The woman who is usually working never remembers me and doesn't seem friendly. I went in one time looking for a specific wine. She told me she would order a case and that it would be in in about a week. I checked back a few times and she had never ordered it.
And to another customer's question asking her how she was .... "that's the stupidest question you could ever ask anyone, just buy your stuff and get out!"
Trying to cash a money gram was retarded. She literally had my Id in her hands with the money gram made out to me and wouldn't give me the money because I couldn't tell her the address of who sent it to me! Go to Danny's on Alpine and Richmond. Knows how to treat a customer and isn't stupid with an ID in their hands.
