Thanks for hooking it up with some great service. Any one can plumb to a certain degree but personality makes it happen. Kentwood plumbing was rude to me and I'm grateful for that because I've found my place now that is affordable and pleasant

I was more than pleased I had Tony repair the entire list and then some. During Tony's 3 days at my home he came across some other issues and made recommendations to me. Tony cleaned up after himself and did an excellent job bringing my electrical service up to code.
Because I had electrician Tony Burns here January 25 to wire my stairwell for lightning and was very pleased with the cost and quality of wok, I called The Service Professor a few weeks later when my the kitchen faucet developed pinholes in the spout. They sent plumber Adam Rosema on Feb. 18 to give me an estimate for whatever I decided to have done. He gave me an estimate for a number of options after giving me a thorough explanation of the parts involved. I was very comfortable with choosing the more expensive of his options which involved replacing the faucet/sprayer with a brushed nickel Wolverine Brass faucet set and having a new deeper sink installed since my 10-year old sink was scratched and not as deep as I'd like. Adam also pointed out that one of the three shutoff valves was defective so I asked him to replace everything, including shutoff valves, hoses, water lines and sink. He went to work and when done, asked me to inspect the completed job. It was better than I could have asked and it gave me the incentive to install new shelf paper under the sink and rearrange the items stored under the sink. The total cost was very affordable and because I was already a service agreement member, the discount for this plumbing job was greater than the total annual cost of the service agreement which is only $9.99 which is close to half of what I had been paying another company for a service plan with fewer provisions. I have done a lot of my own plumbing over the years in the 10 different homes my wife and I have owned, but I could never have done close to the quality of work that Adam did. I would recommend The Service Professor for any plumbing job as well as electrical job. I am totally satisfied with both the plumbing and electrical jobs. I may decide to call them again this year for additional electrical work I've been thinking about. They are extremely prompt in responding to any inquiry and keeping the customer updated.
Eric was the best. Very personable and professional but more importantly a cool dude. The relationship of consumer to plumber starts now with that guy and he'll be my first call and the guy I refer.
The electricians were really great. They didn't give up and got everything fixed so everything was running again. Derrick Parker and other electrician were so good. Can't go wrong using the Electric Professor. Earlier this month had one of there people check over furnace. Another great job done.I want to add this to my review-- we needed more electrical work done and we had Rick Cowles. He did an awesome job. Very happy with his work. Would like to have him for all electrical problems.He gets 5 stars from us.
Jim was courteous, friendly, and very helpful. He took a look at other areas in the house beyond the reason for his visit and provided me with explanations and options for additional updates. He worked quickly, cleaned up after himself and made sure I didn't have any questions before ensuring I was satisfied with the work. Great guy and great work! Will definitely call him the next time I have plumbing needs.
Tony called and set up a time to come and review my home. After going through my home Tony made a written list of the items I wanted done as well as a few other items he noticed and gave me a couple estimates. Tony also gave me a sheet to select only a few items if I so desired.
I truly fell safe in my home now. I also added the Service Professors annual protection plan. This is a minor cost program to service electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling systems in your home annually and make sure they are sound.
