Horrible management, EXTREMELY overpriced ($500 a month for a single wide lot rent ONLY, and $50 to $60 a month water bills... A MONTH), management doesn't care and is rarely ever there, most of the park's plumbing is in disrepair, and since they fired the old management and put the new one in crime has skyrocketed. Kid's come around at 4 to 5am and rifle your car if you don't lock it and if you do lock it they'll scratch your paint up. Management doesn't care. This is the same with all Sun Homes/Sun Communities owned properties. I wish I could give it 0 stars.
I wouldn't recommend it for anyone. I was lied to about referral money after getting my parents to buy a mobile home there. Kept getting the run around whenever I would ask why I have not yet received my check. It's been 5 months and i still have not received anything!!!! What can be done about this community? I...They can't keep getting away with ripping people off
Don't answer the phone, don't return phone calls, don't fix anything, don't care about residents. All they care about is $$$. Do NOT live here. It's a DUMP!!!
They get 0 stars from me but you have to select a start to post...grrrr! We have had several issues and they don't answer the phone and they are never in the office. But if your grass is too long they come with a quickness to give you a notice. The new property manager is horrible. I am pretty sure after one year...I will move! I would NEVER buy a mobile home from them. If this is the type of customer service you get for renting...I can only imagine what you get if you buy. Very discouraged!!!!
Boring! Next! Just kiding this places has not a lot of things to do. There is a park you have to pay to go in. Otherwise there is a movie theatre that is really great.
