This park has overly rude people living here and the park manger will not take care the poublems that people come to him,to take care of. You have kids going through yards picking plants that we planted . The pool monitor that works at 6:00 pm and weekends dose not do her job.
I lived in this park for 15 years. When we moved in Pat and Roger were the managers and although they were growing grumpy in their old age they were really good at their jobs. After they were forced into retirement then all the managers to follow have been disappointing. The next ones took away security and now there is so much theft and vandalism in this park on a regular basis. This place was so nice and the rent was in the $300 range when we moved in and as the new management took over we have had rent go up and more things taken away. They have resided the office/club house two times but we can't afford security/ management says security doesn't do anything. Plus if an empty mobile home water pipes break on Friday management leaves it running all over the road and to deal with on Monday. Plus the cost of all that water that they let run all weekend gets added to everyone else in the park their water bills.
I have tried to contact corperate about iss but that has proven to be impossible. RIDICULOUS moving into the park was a very bad mistake. From the experience I have had here I will or would not suggest anyone to move into these parks. I can not wait to get out of here!

Absolutely terrible place to live. I have been here for 5-7 years now and they are beyond ridiculous. The park rules are enforced with such favoritism. The new park manager is very disrespectful, rude and ungodly unprofessional. My experience with this park since sun home communitys has taken over is terrible. Then write tou up for the most ridiculous things and fine you with no questions asked if you dont follow them. The rent has consistently increased, the staff continues to get ruder and ruder even when they restaff the office and maintenance employees. There is one old guy that has been here since the first sunhomes community managment. He drive around on his golf cart and writes people up for the most rediculose things, he also picks and chisses who to write up! He does not enforce the so called rules through out the entire park. He wrote me up for two privacy bush in my front yard because they where above my windows in the front of my trailer. That is tge most rediculose thing ever. The bush are tgat high because of the registered sex a fender that live around the corner. He lets some people get away with have cars park in the road over night and not others as well as write people up for having kids toys in the yard or on the porch. Its ignorance! He will sneak a write up slip in your door and run away to his little gold cart, if you do get to talk to him he is rude and very unprofessional. I resently have the park manager knick on my door and complain about a small 10 ft wide 27 in deep pool in my yard i put up. Instead of being polite, respectful and professional about it and simply asking use to remove it. He chooses to being rude, disrespectful, and in my opion very immature about the situation. He has a high school attitude when he talkes to people and tends to state smartass comments under his breath to his coworkers as he very rudly walks away from the conversation without accually ending the conversation. Or attempting to end on a good note. The staff here is horrendous to deal with. They write you up for everything without following there own set of rules provided by the state. Like the wild cats that are repopulating at a tremendous rate, that are flea infested ( which is a violation of renter right according to the state of Mi) aswell as the wild animals that brake into the bottom of you trailer and tear open the belly ( insulation ) of your trailer. When brought to there attention in the past the only answer I have received is to catch them.
Only problem I have had is the manger of the property seems to be new at his job.
