Chris and the woman working with him last Wed. were very helpful. One pair of shoes (out of several we have bought in the past) did not last like I thought they should have. They gave me store credit that enabled me to get 2 new pairs of shoes to replace them for about $5. They took care of me very well. Love this store!
The store was not organized at all..shoes were just everywhere on the floor. The employees could not find the right side of my heels that I wanted or the size..the store was a mess like a jungle and very unprofessional!!!! Employees were very lazy not keeping up with their store!!!!!!!!!
