Very nice Starbucks, it was recently renovated so it has a good feel. Having been coming here every couple weeks for several years and have never had a major issue with service or quality of my drink. Have now had 2 specific experiences where they went above and beyond with their customer service - great staff!
For a chain that has thousands of locations all over the country, this location stands out above any others in the area. The baristas are very friendly and remember your name if you come somewhat regularly, the drinks taste better here, and the overall customer experience is just better. Great job guys!
Must be the best Starbucks team in Grand Rapids. Love watching these guys work together. They have fun working as a time and build a nice rapport with their customers. Really love these people.
