I am appalled at the experience I just had at this Tim Hortons location on Fulton. I waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes to discover they gave my order to the person in front of me. They then proceeded to tell me they gave the last bagels I wanted to the wrong person. After a couple minutes of sitting in the drive through waiting for new food they gave me the order that the person brought back to them. The food was clearly rummaged through and opened. I could not believe how unsanitary and unprofessional this was. Do NOT come here unless you want to waste your time.
If you value accuracy, cleanliness, speediness, and satisfaction, do not visit this Tim Hortons location. Two stars instead of one simply because they replaced my order no questions asked and free of charge. They obviously are trying to avoid any complaints, I would assume they receive a lot due to the store issues.
This place has screwed my order up on several occasions. On my first visit I ordered a plain old fashioned donut but dipped like a yeast donut and they were able to do that. Every subsequent order they are unable to do it. When asking for chocolate dipped donuts ever since they have given several different types of donuts, and every time I clarify that I want a plain old fashioned they insist they can't do it. When ordering a mocha cappuccino, on 3 separate occasions they have given me the wrong one (twice they gave me French vanilla and once they gave me plain coffee). One associate told me they werent serving blueberry donuts for the season to make room for gingerbread, and so I paid extra for 3 days to get the blueberry tim bits instead before finding out that was a lie. Working people don't have time to go through the drive through over and over until someone gets it right! Last straw, very irritated. Don't go here with expectations.
This is my favorite place to go for a quick breakfast. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the drive through is normally really fast. For fast food, I like it better than other places. Great coffee and the donuts are also great. Overall, my new go to.
Three things.... First, they screwed up my order. I paid for a sausage egg and cheese muffin and they forgot the egg. Luckily I discovered this immediately, and turned around to get back in line at the drive thru. If I had come here for lunch during the week, I would have not been able to return if I had taken my food back to work.
Usually stuff is fresh but expensive. Not worth it without coupons. Staff is friendly. Only other issue than prices are this one does not have large Mac n cheese cause no button on the register. Owner of this one won't fix that issue.
Lastly, if you read some of the other low rated reviews, you will come to the conclusion that this is not a worthy establishment to visit. I especially like the person who said their order was given to the car ahead of them, which was returned, and employees still gave the customer their order which had clearly been rummaged through and items opened up.
Secondly, when I started to order at 11:49am I asked for a croissant sandwich and was told they stop serving them at noon. There was no mention of not having any left, just telling me when they stop serving them. I only realized what time it was after completing my order. They were so busy I didn't even want to complain, so I just happily took my sandwich and drove off... until discovering my order was wrong.
