I don't want to get into a rant. I will just say I was not satisfied with The Catering Company. I should have know when Kim Faber, after several emails, said "nice to finally meet you, Chris and Karen." My name is Curtis and my wife's name is Katy, that we should have looked for a better option.
Very disappointed with the the coordination and service we received yesterday. My sister's wedding was absolutely perfect down to the last detail, except for the catering company. They were 6 meals short, even though 2 people didn't show up that had been counted and RSVP'd, they were able to scrape together 4 additional meals but 2 guests didn't eat dinner. The bar was extremely light on the liquor for the "mixed" drinks and started "cutting people off" at 9:00pm. They also REFUSED to announce last call leaving many guests without their last beverage. Very disappointing and not at all what you would expect at such a beautiful wedding. Very disappointed.

6 people at the wedding I attended did not have food for which they RSVP'd for, the drinks were weak (2 second pour) they refused to announce last call. They amount of money my friends spent on this catering company was NOT worth it at all, did not impress this guy!
I had a wonderful experience working with The Catering Company. I was planning a surprise cocktail party for about 70 people for my Husband all the way from NYC and Kim was so amazing with not just all the food and beverage needs, but with ordering a tent when we knew the weather could be rainy. I felt in such great hands with everything and the staff was great the day of the event. I would definitely recommend them and use them again if I have the need!
The Catering Company is terrific! They're all pleasant to work with, the food is delish and I've not yet been disappointed. I found them to be flexible with anything I asked. I'd definitely recommend!
