Love this place!! Vegan and gluten free options offered. Great quality ingredients and delicious taste. Yes it is a little more expensive than any ice cream shoppe but the trade off is locally sourced, high quality ingredients with a fresh and delicious taste. I will pay a little more for that and the fact that many other ice cream shoppes do not offer dairy free options.

The customer service is awful. I walked in around 3pm to an empty store, was not greeted by the two employees there at the front. I asked for a couple samples and it truly felt like I was a huge inconvenience to the older lady who helped me. She was very short with me, and I didn't feel welcomed at all. I quickly paid for my cup and left.

Appreciate the attention to detail on the ingredients and the care for quality. The texture is similar to Cold Stone style ice cream, which is not my favorite, I prefer a denser homemade Ice Cream. The chocolate sauce is truly a treat. The service was great.

There are two places I want to go for the best ice cream in town, and this is one of them (the other is Love's in the Downtown Market). Furniture City Creamery always astounds me with their amazing flavors, excellent quality ice cream, and a line of people overflowing out the door. The establishment is rather small, but they do have a small back patio to sit in. You will not be disappointed if you go here, a must visit for ice cream in the summer!

I probably will never go back here, and frankly I'm disappointed. As someone who is dairy-free, I like to have options! But this last visit left a bad taste in my mouth.

The flavors here are certainly unique, and it's nice that they have more than one dairy-free option.... even if the ones that they have are less than inspiring. And they're incredibly over priced for a very small serving (my small, and i mean small, cost nearly $4) and waffle cones cost over a dollar more to add..... yikes.

The best ice cream, there's often a wait in the peak season, and it can be pricy, but so worth it. They have unique flavors made in house and friendly staff who let you try as many flavors as you need to make up your mind. Plus they always have multiple vegan options
