I've been with this agency for almost 2 years after searching for and procuring my own insurance previously. After I received a doubling of my auto premium due to a minor traffic violation, I called Rivertown to see what they could do. Karen N. was very understanding of my situation and in 2 days got back to me with a rate from another insurer, with the same coverage, that was almost half the price of what I was going to be charged by my precious insurer. She is very thorough and does an excellent job of explaining the in's and out's of auto and home insurance. I'm very pleased with the service this agency provides and especially happy with the friendly, efficient and professional service I've been given by Karen N.

Jay will help you find the best coverage for you and your family, he will be there if/when you need to file a claim, and he is always willing to answer questions. Jay is your guy if you want to work with an insurance agent who truly cares about his clients and is a great person, as well.

Awful Experience!! Do not switch to this company. I have never been so frustrated in my life. I switch to River town because it was supposed to save me money. But I was quoted one thing and I am paying another. They NEVER asked about anyone else in the household until after I already switched insurance companies then I was asked to give a different address to continue my coverage. The entire process has been a joke. If you do not want a headache STAY CLEAR of this company!
