Late night food. It gets to be a real show in here the later you come, but they handle it well. Good staff there. Treat them right and they'll treat you right.
It's a shame..... This place has a great product, but trying to get it delivered on time or at all is a pain! The folks on the phone try making it right but when you have employees that don't care it ruins it for all. I really enjoy the food but whatever you do be skeptical about delivery.
When you got the munchies this place will help you out. The food is excellent and they make it quick.
Tayes...Tayes is literally the best Menna’s employee that has ever lived. The downtown GR Location is lucky to have ‘em. Seriously! The best customer care one could ask for in a Menna’s. #blessed
Terrible customer service. Honestly I wish there was a negative star option but I'll settle for 1. Anyways, Sunday my boyfriend tried to order delivery and we were told we were outside the 2 mile delivery range. I googled it and we were 1.9 miles away (annoying I know, but we like Mennas and just spent all day traveling). I had my boyfriend call back and he told them we lived within the radius and the employee responded "well good for you" and then proceeded to say the "f word" eventually my boyfriend got frustrated and hung up. I called back and asked to talk to the manager and could hear the employee who I was informed was named Andy mocking me in the background. Not sure if the manager lacked leadership skills or felt awkward because he kind of chuckled at the situation and blamed us. I have sent a letter to corporate and also called the Kalamazoo store to talk to a district manager. Not sure who I actually talked to but he seemed bored and responded with "that is the kind of work force we have" ??????? Never once have I asked for something free during this, I honestly was just appalled by the way we were treated. A lot of people go here after a night out and will not be as receptive to this employee's temper tantrum as we were so I was just trying to be helpful but they do not care so I guess it's their problem, not mine. On a positive note, food is amazing even though mine will probably have spit in it from now on.
