Great food, and atmosphere, clean and the wait staff was super friendly and accommodating. Had a party of 13 and they didn't bat an eye, not stick us I'm the corner and ignore us. Our waitress was bringing refills before the drinks were even half empty. We had a great time. My only complaint would be the prices. I've definitely gotten more for less and just as good BBQ at other smokehouses. Pricey, but not outrageous. Still would recommend
Had the cuban sandwich at recommendation of our server. It was amazing! They could turn the lights down lower at night, sooner, but all-in-all, great food, nice atmosphere.
I normally wouldn't rate so poorly after a single visit, but after talking with some other people I found that my negative experience was pretty consistent with other people's lunch time experiences.
Food was good as expected. But server/bartender decided to carry on personal conversations multiple times with the 2 other customers at the bar. She decided to do this rather than greet me, take my order, and take my payment. Never asked how I was doing. Bummer. If you're a local, you're in for amazing service. If not, well...at least the food is good.
Visited 3 times before 4:00 pm and found it to be a quiet place to eat. All the slow roasted meat options were not available until after four; I will have to visit a fourth time.
I went here on my lunch break a week ago and stood in the vestibule for 10 minutes without any assistance. Several servers walked by in that time and didn't acknowledge my party or the other party that was also waiting. Eventually someone walked to the bar to speak with an employee. After that, we were seated and were once again ignored for five minutes. When the server finally walked over he let us know that the wait on food was going to be another 30-40 minutes so we wound up having to leave and go elsewhere after wasting almost 20 minutes of our lunch break.
