Used to be fun ...not sure about it now though or then even.... I lived on Dean St right across from the field. They've shut down several times throughout the season and sometimes the entire summer. Not sure why? Water quality?
Great place, great location. Pool, play-sets, tennis courts, basketball, track field, soccer/football field. Plenty to do here, and friendly environment.
Nice place to take children. Right in the middle of all that city cluster and you wouldn't even know. Pool prices aren't bad. Only problem I could see, a young boy riding a bicycle couldn't find a restroom to use and he really needed to go.
