Management is all about selling more trailers & collecting funds. No up keep after they get you in. No warnings about predators on property. No enforcement of rules.
They do have new and updated trailers but in the end their still trailers. But around town my personal opinion it is the nicest trailer park out of all of them around.
I walked in and bought a brand new home in less than a week! I have a beautiful home that I can live in for many years! Thanks to Cindy and Scott the Prescott Managers!
Good sized mobile homes and some good sized lots
I live here and absolutely love it. Sad to see scott and cindy leave. Gunna miss them.
