Was very happy with this vet the receptionist was very nice. I called the morning of the day i wanted an apointment and they got me in right away. I adopted a stray (shiloh) this past Friday and wanted to make sure he was all Well. They checked over him very well and the doctor was extremely gentile Shiloh wasn't bothered much at all. They also have very reasonable pricing, will be coming back again!
There a good vet but can be very expensive, they won't work with you which I know a lot of vets won't. But it's a good place to bring your animals to for anything they may need.
The vets are great. They educate the pet owners and get along with the pets. My pets are happy and healthy.
Have gone to this clinic twice, once for a pre-op check up for my bunny, where the vet took time to look her over and gave me some tips on diet and when it would be safe to get her spayed, and then once again yesterday for Dr. Renshaw to perform the spay surgery on my bunny. They did not overcharge me (bill included the surgery, pain meds, and free nail clipping), they give you an answer to every question you have (but the front desk staff relay the info from the vet, or the vet tech answers for you), they have convenient hours, and they send you emails to a secure account with all of your pet's information and reminders for appointments. It cost about $220 for the surgery and pain medication which lasts for five days, and I was able to get my baby back on the same day with zero complications. When I was picking her up I opened her medication bottle and accidentally dumped it all over my hands, which they then refilled for free. This clinic makes you feel informed and comfortable which is important on potentially one of the worst days you could have should something bad happen to your fur baby.
I heard great reviews about this place from a friend and my father. When I scheduled an exam for my dog, the examination was literally 3 minutes tops. I originally scheduled an appointment because they carried Trifexis and they needed to do an examination before hand which was understandable, but for it to be less than 20 minutes is ridiculous! The receptionist even recommended us to do a later time so we could have a longer exam since we were first timers which was appreciated. Another thing was that the doctor claimed my puppy was "too young" to do a fecal exam? When he was almost 6 months at the time... Then hours later they called saying my dog had roundworms! When I came back to the clinic to pick up the medication I could not even speak with the Vet for aftercare! I was a worried mom and had TONS of questions but the vet could not even see me (they sent the receptionist back and forth). I am greatly thankful that they caught the roundworms but it made no sense to hear that he was "too young" to get a fecal exam but then went ahead and did it and then later charged. The only reason I am giving this clinic 3 stars is because they caught the roundworms and of the helpful staff up front.
