I love this veterinary practice. The care of my dog has been spectacular. Caring, knowledgeable, and more helpful than I have experienced at other clinics. The costs have been totally reasonable and affordable. My animals and I have have found our furever animal clinic.
Very welcoming and clean environment! The Dr was informative and happily answered all of my questions. I have a very fearful dog whom they did great with! Will definitely be returning.
My brother takes his dog here, so I decided to take my new dog. My friend also takes her dog here. Very nice staff. I could have gone somewhere cheaper for his neutering, but I like the staff here so much, I am willing to pay more for the services.

Tried to have medical records sent to my new vet. New vets office offered to call and obtain medical records for me from Red Barn. When I showed up to my new vet's office I was told that Red Barn wouldn't release the records due to an outstanding balance. I pay each and EVERY time in full so this was a total shock. Called Red Barn and spoke to Whitney Kanninga who informed me that they forgot to charge me for Heartgurard back in May of this year. I'd brought my dog in for visits since then and nobody ever informed me of an outstanding balance. I asked why I was never informed and was told they called and left a message but never said anything to me when I was in for a visit. I never got said message or an invoice from them. Whitney proceeded to argue me up and down and tell me that I won't hear anything about my dog's history until I pay them $34. Way to screw the customer for your own mistake!! Not to mention the bulldog Whitney who's willing to bully customers who weren't even informed about an outstanding balance. So petty! Been going there for years for my dog's care. Nice to know my loyalty was never valued. I recommend after each visit you call them every 2 months to ensure they aren't holding balances against you that you had no idea about. A more professional solution would have been to inform my new vet office that records could not be released without speaking to me first. Then tell me, not my new vet. How embarrassing!
