My beloved cat Veronica suffered a clot related to heart disease. She had appeared to be in great health and I never knew anything was wrong. The clot was very serious, and Veronica was older at the time. Her prognosis was bleak, and unfortunately, there was only one way to humanely care for my best friend. Blue Pearl was so gentle and caring. They did everything they could for her, and provided me with the information I needed. I hope you're never in the position that I was in, but if you are, these are the people that will take care of you.
Although I had to lay my best friend to rest, in an emergency situation the staff at Blue Pearl was thorough in their explanations of what was happening to my cat, our options, and were willing to be flexible. When I picked him up so we could bury him the staff was very consoling and sent a sympathy card. They also provided us with a paw print.
You know I have never been treated so nice. I had to put my companion, my best friend down early morning of the December 4th. She was old and having seizures. My dog Ariel. I was with her the entire time and the people at BluePearl Veterinarian clinic down town GR were so nice and compassionate. I have received a Christmas card from them and now I found out someone planted a tree in NV in Ariel’s honor. Such a sweet gift and so thoughtful. I have never been treated so nice at a vet before. They understand and they didn’t hesitate to carry out my wishes for Ariel. Thank you to all at BluePearl for making a very sad day a little more tolerable.

They have done an incredible job helping my two cats! They are specialized in areas of concern which I appreciate. They did thorough exams and then provided me with great explanations of what is going on with them and options for treatments. The vets give you enough time to ask all your questions and tend to really care.
