Service was great. Ran out of regular coffee, however. Free carwash was a pleasant surprise.

UPDATE 2017: I traded my GT in and am now leasing a 2018 Impreza. The transaction went flawlessly. Josh took care of everything in a timely fashion. Thank you Subaru.
Edit: After posting this the dealership had contacted my wife within an hour and offered a free detail of the car's interior. Top notch!
They do great work from our experiences there but, my wife's Forrester came back greasy after an oil change. If I pay you for a service I'd prefer you make some attempt to protect the car's interior from your understandably dirty mechanics. Customer service is just as important as the quality of your work.
I had another trip to see my mother in Ohio coming up and finally had the time to get my car service. I was able to get it in the next day which was awesome and mind relieving since it was way over due. I didn't need the big service which was helpful financially and we had amassed enough points that it was almost free! Dave also stressed how important it was to get it in regularly. I talked about my mother being sick and he quickly asked how she was. He said he wasn't scolding me but to be honest, I loved how much he cared that my car was being maintained so I could have optimum use of it. He and I are on the same page about my car. Thanks, Dave!
Bill, Ryan and Russ were all phenomenal. The entire car buying yprocess was extremely positive. It was the best buying experience I’ve ever had. In addition to it being a great experience I love my new car!
