I am a family owned and operated business and we sometimes get so busy we cannot keep up with the phone calls. I urge people to look at our web site and come in during business hours. If you cannot, then keep trying to get us by phone! Have a GREAT day and GOD BLESS!
My wife and I were interested in a Ford Escape we found on Auto Trader's website-- which was located here at Infinity.. Tried contacting dealer through email and phone to get a test drive. Have left several messages over the last couple weeks and never had a response. The man on the voicemail message (I presume the owner) sounds like he hates his life. Definitely not a trustworthy dealer
I am the owner of Infinity Business Group. I do not know who Jared Hauck is or who his wife is.
I came in looking at a vehicle. I can not possible tell you how incredibly dishonest the owner, Scott, is. First he ADDED $500 to the sticker price after we got financing, then he demanded another $500 after that. The vehicle was advertised as pristine, and was a total POS. The dashboard, drivers side front shock, and several interior panels fell apart on a single 1 mile test drive. The engine belts were all badly worn out and sprayed down with belt dressing to conceal the noise. The alternator and power stearing pumps were caked with axle grease to mask their failure. The heat and A/C both did not work. The coolant had oil in it (head gasket) and was leaking from several heater core lines he coated in silicone to conceal that failure. AND the engine had atleast 1 dead cylinder by the end of the test drive, probably again do to a head gasket leak flooding it with coolant. That's when we gave him the plate and left... I was a professional mechanic, and I can tell you this vehicle was at the end of its life. The exterior was just as trashed. He took a lot of time to both photograph the vehicle in the rain, and find angles to hide several car accidents. But the exterior isn't an issue. The engine and usefullness are what matters. Scott never blinked an eye to put someone elses kids on the side of the road, or sell a piece of junk to a family. Our bank refused the loan due to the grossly misrepresented condition. Unbelievable experience from start to finish. Beware of this place. Scott is a real "used car salesman" and we certainly will never do business with him.
We respond to all calls and e-mails the best we can. We do find that some of our e-mails have gone to peoples SPAM box and that's not in our control . I'm sorry they missed a great deal and could not just show up during our posted hours. We sell Hundreds of cars at below trade in prices. If we get a complaint, we do ALL we can to rectify it.
This guy buys junkyard cars and sells them to unsuspecting victims. Michigan has NO lemon law, so once you make the sale, guys like him laugh all the way to the bank. DO NOT BUY HERE!
Looked at a van here. What a JUNK box. Scott lied about everything. If I didn't know what I was looking at, I might have lost my shirt. Buyer be warned!
