Had a sales clerk come up to us ask if he could help, told him what we want which added up to over $3,000. It was not on the floor, he walked away, I thought he was going to look it up. He did not come back to us, we seen him helping other people so we walked out and went down to Home Depot, very friendly person, took time with us, they did not have it on the floor, he looked it up and we bought from them.
EXTREMELY pleased with the large selection of appliances and knowledgeable friendly service provided by Patrick. Patrick was VERY attentive to me needs and gave me an excellent deal I wouldn't have been able to receive anywhere else. I'll definitely be back to this Kentwood location.
It's a great, and funny place. It's not the prettiest thing to look at upon entering, but they have a good product range, they have some boutique equipment to choose from (models that are hard to find at big box retailers). Best of all, they will negotiate prices. That's literally my favorite part. I feel like I'm in the Grand Bazaar in Maricopa, it's great fun, and you walk out knowing you supported local business, and got a great deal.
We came into the store because of the great entertainment stands they sell but thanks to the awesome information provided by Baker Ghannam, we were able to capitalize on an AMAZING deal for a massage chair too! He worked with me to make sure I fully understood my purchase and helped keep everything within the original monthly budget I had walking into the store (yes I said everything!) I'd go check this store out first when looking to make a big purchase because of the help and understanding that everyone is on some type of budget.
